Rock Solid® solid surface countertops are manufactured with GRANICOAT®, a revolutionary, high quality solid surface material.  These surfaces are ideal application for your kitchen, bathroom or other locations requiring durable and attractive surfaces.  Rock Solid® counters deliver the appearance and durability of the leading solid surface products for a fraction of their cost.  Available in unlimited patterns, designs, and colors, GRANICOAT® has the same characteristics and properties of traditional solid surface countertops, but with significant improvements.  Manufactured at our plant located in Monroe, NC, your kitchen or bath countertops can be designed and built for less than you might think. A beautiful and elegant kitchen counter simply does not have to cost a fortune.

Many of our designs give you a granite look and feel without the pores that collect dirt and germs, and seams, which are hard to hide.  Rock Solid countertops are nonporous, bacteria and fungi resistant.  Our solid surface countertops are also seamless.  All tops are manufactured in one piece and can be installed in one piece as long as they can fit through the customer’s door.  If a top is too big to fit through a customer’s door, it is still manufactured in one piece and then cut.  This gives you a “mirror cut” and once installed the countertop is bonded back together with the exact same product the countertops are manufactured with, and then after it has cured is sanded, so the end result is a completely seamless countertop.

We are constantly working on new ideas for our product.  We recently put new countertops in a kitchen and with full back splash from the top of the countertops to the bottom of the upper cabinets, and we created outlet covers out of Granicoat that matched the back splash perfectly.  We are also working on a lightweight series of Rock Solid countertops, with the same durability and other characteristics of our traditional tops for RV and Boat applications. A beautiful and elegant kitchen counter simply does not have to cost a fortune.
